Qi Wind(齐风) is generally taken as a blaming to the arrogant misbehaving lords as well sympathy to hardness and toil of normal people. With reference to the story of Ji Zha(季札观乐) in Zuo Zhuan(春秋左传), a new interpretation is developed upon.
The wording of 折柳, 樊圃, 辰夜, 莫 are further analysed. Break willow(折柳) starts from this poem, which finally become a common gesture of bidding farewell in later generations, especially in Tang poetry.

东方未明，颠倒衣裳。
颠之倒之，自公召之。
东方未晞，颠倒裳衣。
倒之颠之，自公令之。
折柳樊圃，狂夫瞿瞿。
不能辰夜，不夙则莫。
