A very famous Mid-Tang poet, maybe the only one from Beijing, featured with his extreme efforts on wording, yet with a relatively limited vision and magnanimity.
Jia Dao is also famous in many stories, one story about him was told at the end of this video: Push or Knock(推敲), a story about this poem.

贾岛
闲居少邻并，
草径入荒园。
鸟宿池边树，
僧敲月下门。
过桥分野色，
移石动云根。
暂去还来此，
幽期不负言。
